Online business

Hi,

A client of mine has a LocalBusiness (a butcher-shop) with an online 
shop*. I haven't found a schema for online business or e-commerce, which 
strikes me as odd.

A quick search gave me this Q&A

Which ontology should I use in this case? The website already has 
Product and Offer schemas, so maybe those are interpreted as being 
online business elements, or maybe not.

*The thing is, of course, that as a LocalBusiness, it has opening hours, 
while the online store operates 24/7
