You can begin all that work yourself by submitting Git Pull requests.  ('if
you build it they will come')

Things for you to research and do:
1. Possibly using https://schema.org/LocationFeatureSpecification (somehow
someway? perhaps its not the best however)
2. Creating a new CivicStructure - more specific Type (like we have
BusStop, etc)... where you just need to add a PublicToilet and provide mark
up examples.
    Edit this
and submit a pull request with detailed comment.
3. Create a new Extension under here
https://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/tree/sdo-callisto/data/ext and
submit a pull request.
4. Help expose the data on some webpages that have the National Public
Toilet data or whatever data you think needs more accessibility for the
public and mark up in JSON-LD, or Microdata, or RDFa and also including use
of your preferred ontologies.
