Re: Wise Web and Technological Singularity

Hi Azamat,

A bit off-topic perhaps;

I've been looking into any relationship between the unique capacities of
quantum computing capabilities and the development of A.I. capabilities.
My working theory of how to provide a different form of language around the
field of science was to consider the function of Qbits to be similar to
synapses / neurons (non-binary). After this concept being considered silly
by some; research [1][2][3] is leading me to consider the concepts further.

This seems to be reinforced to some-unknown-degree by the recent
announcement by dwave[4] where machine-learning is specifically mentioned.

The field of interest more specifically relates to a perceived need to
decentralise the capability in what i term a 'human centric' modality.
beyond such considerations are others, such as - we have not produced a
great deal of data about intimate experiences that make us human - which
in-turn seems to have an implication on modelling methodologies,
particularly where used by enterprise applications.

Therein, identifying a means to communicate our current 'state of art'
seems to be an important foundation to resourcing consideration by others
in defining the need for civics within this specialised domain..

I hoped you may have some thoughts / suggestions.

Tim.Holborn.
