'human' and 'civics' related ontology work

In the interests of staying on topic;  attached are some SVG exports of my
initial modelling for the civics works.  I'm still working on it, would
very much prefer to be doing so in collaboration with others, i'm
relatively sure more exists, some of the considerations included the means
in which to notate both a text value in addition to a reference to a
structured data example (ie: via wikidata -->  :) =
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q487 as distinct from
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q8  ) alongside 'state' references (ie:
historical reference or present reference)
