Inconsistencies

Hi!

I've noticed something odd with the current version. If you visit the 
generator <https://generator-1260.appspot.com>, you can see that 
Dentist, Pharmacy and Physician are orphaned. This is because at the 
full <http://schema.org/docs/full.html> hierarchy they are below 
/MedicalBusiness/ while they are declared below /MedicalOrganization/ on 
their own pages.
