IMO, you can address this use-case by modeling the business entity using the closest availabe subtype of LocalBusiness and and attaching a schema:Offer with a textual description of what your business does. This way, you can represent in as much granularity as you want what your business is offering. The type-hierachy-based modeling of the nature of a business is very limited anyway, so I am not in favor of adding anything but the most popular categories of businesses there.
