We usually do this on Github, http://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/issues
but if you prefer email just share your thoughts in this thread.

Roughly we need the kind of info you see in schema.org: the ID of the
term(s), what types they specialize, definitions and associated properties.
Also examples.

For concrete formats, ultimately we need something like this:
