Hi Jon,

It does seem that a specific "onlineGame" event would be most useful.  The
specific https://schema.org/UserInteraction event allows start and end
times and validates with Google's Structured data testing tool with out a
postal address; however, it's not clear to me that this is an intended use
of the vocabulary.
