Hey:

I'm still working on this to layer in the owl:equivalentOf statements,
but if you want to peek at the RDFS for the periodical proposal I've
pushed it to https://github.com/dbs/schemabibex/blob/master/schema.org/ext/periodicals.html

Along the way I noticed that our proposed redefinition for "isPartOf"
was not grammatically correct, so I changed it slightly (both in the
RDFS and in the wiki) :)
