DC terms versions of some SchemaBibEx examples

To illustrate some of the points I made in the recent discussion about
basing the instanceOf and commonEndeavor suggestions on Dublin Core
properties (e.g. isFormatOf and isVersionOf), I put together alternate
versions in Turtle of various examples in the SchemaBibEx proposals (and in
the recent OCLC working paper):

These use just the basic DC terms instead of any new proposal, in an
attempt to put things into perspective. (The point being that anything to
be proposed for addition to schema.org can be based on these existing ones.)
