A library of examples

Hi All,

As we have been discussing various issues around Work-Instance,
commonEndeavor, etc. the examples we have been using sit in isolation
without a context of their relationship with other works.

Also we have task to try and describe the various types of work and entities
from the FRBR model using Schema markup as we have so far proposed extending
it.

To help visualise our discussions I have created wiki examples linked
together in a [very simplistic] library catalogue.

As the examples are for visualising relationships and types, much of the
rich properties that could be described have been left out.  You will note I
have indicated the FRBR levels the examples approximate with.  The intention
is not to recreate FRBR with schema markup rules, but to demonstrate
possible ways to use schema to describe such entities.

I am certain that, after much copy/paste/modify efforts, there will be
several deliberate mistakes ;-)
