Schema Bib Extend - Meeting Schedule

Hi All,

After some schedule juggling I have now organised times and call-in details
for the next three meetings.  Sorry it took so long, but some things just
would not fit!

The dates are as follows:
* Thursday 29th November 2012
* Tuesday 11th December 2012
* Tuesday 15th January 2012

All will be at 11:00am EST ­ details, including call-in details, are
