Unless there's an appetite to take on some work items related to
standardizing reading and writing to the web, perhaps it's time for the
group to go dormant.

The work completed thus far can be compiled from the archives. Given the
30-day grace period, we have 26 days remaining should we decide to document
this.

I extend my sincere thanks to all contributors over the past 12 years. I
look forward to future collaborations on related projects.
