I previously made some notes (on the list[1]) about ideologies... In-order to 'meet' / 'succeed' in delivering its goals; the RWW methodology seeks to define a 'web standards' solution that is built upon; an ideology that depends upon some sort of ideological solution, therein - a few examples (not correct, just as a prompter) 1. a technical only solution. where there are 'trust' issues, energy is burnt (ie: proof of work) to deal with it. (EG: something that was attempted via BitCoin). 2. a global governance framework, where some 'actors' control systems globally; supporting people around the world. (ie: similar to what's seemingly sought to be achieved via major online 'social media' portals) 3. an inter-national solution where jurisdictions link to systemic solutions that provide 'evidence' for governance. (not sure of a prior example>?) How is security of person; achieved, via a solution that seeks to improve temporal capacities of our (western defined?) infrastructure?
