I have an idea I'm working on, to provide safe harbour and support the
needs of global luminaries working on stuff that's important for humanity;
from a safe and beautiful space, via a programme that's designed to
meaningfully support a wonderful work / life balance (quality of life).

The environment is nearby the Great Barrier Reef, and Daintree rain
forest.

Living environment is resort orientated, so golf courses, restaurants,
pools & pool side bars, etc.

Community is small, a bit like the US TV Show Eureka. (In concept).

Structure is about infrastructure to build a better world, support
luminaries, attract globally significant talent to do stuff that improves
our world.
