Edit Function returns to a Browser.

Now, years ago, it was explained to me that the point of RWW was to
reintroduce the edit functionality that was in the original browser[1].

I thought it was notable enough to highlight the fact that its now
happened!

I checked out https://beakerbrowser.com/ for the first time in a while, and
their updated from Dat:// to Hyper:// & browser advancements are really
interesting!
