Apache Marmotta by default uses a simple local disk based implementation for storing LDP-NRs: https://github.com/apache/marmotta/blob/develop/platform/marmotta-ldp/src/main/java/org/apache/marmotta/platform/ldp/services/LdpBinaryStoreServiceImpl.java But its design allows different implementation, HDFS or whatever else.
