Hi Melvin,
no I didn't know that community. Very related, but seems to be even more
"abstract", meaning:
  - are their specs being used and adopted?
  - seems to be a "hybrid" between openbadges and persona
  - prompts me to think about a complete "roll-your-own"....

Now that Persona will be shut down officially, I am a bit lost with my
decisions.
- Looks like most projects with similar requirements are faced with the
same decisions
- Which means there is no standard
- Which prompts me to seek interaction with the OpenBadges community to see
what they make of the Persona shut down.

It seems it boils down to "go with whatever openbadges has" vs
"grow-my-own"...
