revival of WebIDRealm

hi,

for years it has been a problem that mutual authentication (webid+tls)
basically only worked in tomcat only with a usage of jsslutils [1].
WebIDRealm is available since 2011 but who would install an
SSLImplementation by a single person in production mode. JSSUtils is only
available for tomca6 and has never been upgraded since.
Now i just found a way how to make self signed certs + webid browser certs
work without the use of JSSUtils (Based on Apache APR + TomcatNative).
WebIDRealm then still works without any further action. WebIDRealm enables
every modern tomcat (7+8) for use with WebID with ease.

I rearranged the code base and published it along with an installation
guide on github.

i'd be very greatful if someone could verify that the installation guide is
complete and have a test installation and verification (you should have a
development env on your linux machine [make required for tomcat native] and
a valid webID).
