I was looking at an old post on the webwewant list, and realised that the stample GitHub link for the addressbook thing, doesn't exist anymore.

So, I was thinking about a method that might provide linked-data for objects that change urls?

I imagine it might need some sort of Unique identifier.

What happens when someone rearranges their cloud storage server?  Are files still discoverable?
