Services that can create a webid for Tabulator?

I'm trying to use the tabulator interface in order to create a brand new
identity.

I was wondering which services are active so that a javascript form could
be used to provision a webid identity and maybe also x.509 cert.  (Right
now im thinking maybe my-profile or ODS)...

If anyone's 'willing to help with an integration please let me know!
