Thanks for the feedback on this and a big thank you to Andrei for
volunteering.  He has now added as a co-chair.

This RWW CG has doubled in membership over the last year, thank you to
everyone that has contributed to some really great quality discussions,
specifications and applications.

Hopefully as activities continue, we will be better positioned to serve the
group more effectively. :)
