I wonder if the RDFa is correct:
<input type="text" property="pingback:source" name="source" />
<input type="text" property="pingback:target" name="target" />

Does a such syntax would take the content of the (X)HTML's value attribute?

Maybe this should be combined with RDFForms [1]?
