@Dominik: your role-based approach looks very promising so far

I added the Privacy Preference Ontology [1] to the list, which can also 
be utilised for statement-based access control.

@bergi, Dominik: It would be good if you could publish your ontology 
specification in a proper human-readable way, i.e., by generating a HTML 
(+RDFa) page from your ontology specification*
