For this Friday's RUMCG meeting (2025-04-25 at 10am ET), we're going to  
have a discussion on Funding work for browser features.This is in some ways  
a follow-up to a session at WebPerfDays 2024 in Amsterdam before  
perf.now().The goal would be to better understand how we might, as a  
community, pool resources to try to push specific browser features  
forward.  Some examples that were discussed at WebPerfDays were funding LCP  
and EventTiming in Safari (though that may see some progress with Interop  
2025).  Another idea might be how Container Timing has been developed and  
where it could go.We've invited some members of Igalia, an open source  
consultancy, to be on the call.  While they're not the only developers in  
town, they've done similar work in the past and can share some insights  
into what the process and costs may be.Looking forward to seeing
