    Chair selection:

o W3C has recommendations for how to choose a
        Chairhttps://www.w3.org/community/about/faq/#how-do-we-choose-a-chair
o Discussed on the call whether the group wanted a formal or
        informal Chair selection process:
+ Formal: 2 weeks of nominations, 3 weeks of voting, top vote
is Chair and can choose other Chairs
+ Informal: Choose a Chair on the call, who can appoint other
            co-Chairs
o On the call, it was chosen to do the Informal process. Nic
offered to Chair, as did Cliff and Karlijn.
+ The members on the call chose Nic to be the initial Chair
+ Nic will notify to the mailing list that other co-chairs
will be chosen soon, look for other nominations
              # Nic to then choose initial co-Chairs

    Meetings

      o Reviewed W3C's recommendations
      o Aiming for 1 meeting a month
o Will take a poll on meeting times
+ 9:30am EST on Wednesdays is when they've been happening so far
o Agenda will be posted prior to meetings

will look into Zoom's AI capabilities
              # Minutes to be published to public-rumcg mailing list

    Communications

o W3C has created mailing lists for us
          + https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rumcg/
          + https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/internal-rumcg/
o IRC channel is an option, but no one on the call was preferring
        to use IRC
+ Chairs to check if the IRC has any sort of retention through
            a W3C bot
o Slack WebPerformance #w3c-rum-community-group is where our
        current group is talking
+ Chairs to change channel from Private to Public
          + There's no public sign-up link for the WebPerformance Slack;
outside visitors may find it hard to join
              # Suggested those interested get in contact w/ any of
                members, who can invite
+ Chairs to look into whether there's a bot that can archive
            the channel
