RDF Messages Task Force meeting – vote for the date!

Dear RSP CG members,

I had a chat with Pieter Colpaert last week – we think that we need a Task
Force meeting dedicated to discussing the outstanding GitHub issues for the
RDF Messages spec draft, so that we can resolve them and progress with spec
writing.

We have already received some very useful feedback and I will work on
writing it down in the spec in the next few days.
