Dear All,

In our last meeting it was decided to approve the 1st document draft for publication as a Community Group Report.

Please feel free to comment or make any suggestions. We are glad to hear from you, before we proceed to approve it and make it a final report, following the directives of W3C regarding community group outcomes.
