Hi guys, I have a meeting at 2pm and will most likely not be able to join. In case I won’t, here is my concern for the next step: I talked to Daniele and Jean-Paul, the next issue to consider is: after applying the window operators on the streams, we get a set of graphs, do we want to join these graphs using the patterns specified in the window ops? I go for not joining. Things to consider are: (a) treatment at graph level must generalize treatment at triple level (b) you can always take the same window of the same stream with 2 different patterns and then join them later. If you want to have the in-stream join effect, can you exclude it when you don't want to? (c) towards having CEP operators inside a window operator like SEQ,…, it looks odd for me to join the graph. Have a look at [1] where Danh and I started with SEQ for CQELS. [1] Minh Dao-Tran and Danh Le-Phuoc. Towards Enriching CQELS with Complex Event Processing and Path Navigation. http://www.kr.tuwien.ac.at/staff/dao/pub/2015/TowardsEnrichingCQELSWithComplexEventProcessingAndPathNavigation2015-hidest.pdf Best, Minh.
