[rsp] no Telco today

Dear all, 

As many of you are not available today, we will suspend the Telco.

In the meantime we would like to thank you for your contributions to the RSP workshop at ESWC. Submissions are under review at this moment, and we'll be happy to welcome you there in Portoroz whether you have a submission or not.

Also, I would like to remind you of a new publishing opportunity. A Jouirnal of Web Semantics Special Issue on Stream Processing is open for contributions until July 1, so please take it into account ;)
