RSP benchmarking

Hi all,

I added a new wiki page for RSP benchmarking
<https://www.w3.org/community/rsp/wiki/RSP_Benchmarking> in the section
"Work in Progress". It is a summary of the benchmarking session we had
during the F2F meeting in Portoroz. Please, feel free to edit the table and
add metrics and system features that should be considered when evaluating
RSP engines.
