In case of duplicates I would "just" take the higher of the two ranks (which makes sense given that we do pairwise comparisons and the duplicates seem to be close to each other). I guess I should have checked duplicates as a moderator... I learned as well... Whatever the method. I think we did get a pretty good relative ranking of the topics of interest. This seems a good place to start the discussions.
