Hi all, I am Andy Seaborne, and for this CG I'm affiliated via the Apache Software Foundation; I'm a contributor to the Apache Jena project. I was one of the editors on SPARQL query (1.0 and 1.1) as well as contributing to RDF 1.1. Within the Jena project, we've been interested in the flow of RDF change across the web, whether streaming or batched changes. To that end we have been developing a patch format: http://afs.github.io/rdf-patch/ based of experience of other work formats and wanting a form that will work efficiently at scale. We'd be interested in understanding how this can be made suitable for streaming uses. Andy (I actually work for a small, non-W3C member company, Epimorphics.)
