Kickstart

Hello,

The intention of this W3C group is to become the official home for this project: https://github.com/rsocket/rsocket


The key goal for me is to figure out how to use Github with the W3C CLA so we can get the IP rights managed correctly, and get all contributors to https://github.com/rsocket/rsocket to sign the CLA. It seems these are the instructions: https://w3c.github.io/repo-management.html


It’s not yet clear to me if we need to move the repo, or can leave it in its current place and just hook it up to the W3C tools..
