RQTF meeting schedule

Dear colleagues,

This week's RQTF meeting was postponed for lack of quorum. Furthermore, 
as our main work item - Accessibility of Machine Learning and Generative 
AI - won't be revised until after the CSUN Conference, we concluded it 
would be best not to meet as a Task Force until 18 March.

If any Task Force business emerges prior to 18 March, we'll reinstate 
one of the earlier meetings. Thus, 4 and 11 March are provisionally 
cancelled, but this decision is subject to change in case of altered 
circumstances.
