Thanks, Scott. Can we perhaps do a Zoom chat soon? I'm mindful the
planet will push that to be either early morning or late day for each of
us! I'm OK with some evenings my time, but most available my early morning, and that could be very early, e.g. check the time-stamp on this email.

PS: Really glad to hear you have a new colleague who could help. Very
