Re[7]: Abstract for Accessibility of Machine Learning and Generative AI

Hi Jason and all,

Thanks to Roy I’ve now got access :-)

Here is my draft with some suggested mostly structural changes at the 
moment.

Note - I’ve added a section on existential aspects of this, which I do 
think are important as these questions of etiology, purpose etc relate 
directly to quality IMO. This section covers in broad strokes some of 
the concerns that I’ve been thinking about.
