Subject: Daylight saving time changes

Dear colleagues,

Please note that North American clocks have now moved forward an hour for daylight saving time. The RQTF meeting time has thus changed to 1300 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

The change should be reflected in your calendar automatically, but please check to ensure you have the correct meeting time if you are located outside North America.

European clocks are the next to change.
