Accessibility of Machine Learning and Generative AI - bibliography

Dear colleagues,

I have now converted the bibliography in Accessibility of Machine Learning and Generative AI to use the BibTeX records for automatic generation of both the citations and the bibliography entries.

I haven’t yet given the bibliography entries more meaningful IDs. Note that the IDs appear as the citation text, and this is customary for W3C publications generally. I welcome comments on a suitable naming scheme for the citation identifiers.

More generally, comments are welcome before this work is merged into the main branch.
