Collaboration Tools Accessibility Requirements - feedback - Need #5

Hello!
Thanks for this work and the doc.
User requirement#5: I think this impacts all users not just PWD. It is a
functionality issue and should be included in the list  that currently has
#8 at the end.
The statement against #5b describes the functionality correctly IMO that
will be all-inclusive.
