Proposal for First Public Working Draft of Accessibility of Machine Learning and Generative AI

Dear colleagues,

From this week’s Task Force meeting there is a proposal to proceed with a First Public Working Draft based on the current text, with only editorial changes. An Editor’s Note can be added that identifies topics not yet addressed in the draft and which foreshadows a likely reorganization of the document.

If we decide to proceed accordingly, we could profitably discuss editorial issues and announcement text at next week’s meeting. However, we won’t be able to decide formally to put the draft forward for a Call for Consensus until 12 March, as Janina is unavailable next week.

Shall we hold a brief meeting at the usual time next week to discuss this proposal? I am available to facilitate.
