Subject Attending meetings in December

To the RQTF

During December I’ll now be travelling to the Eastern states which puts the RQTF meeting where I will be located at midnight-1am which unfortunately will be a bit challenging for me to attend. As such, it’s unlikely I’ll be able to attend any RQTF meetings now until the first meeting in January. Apologies for this, I’ll still endeavour to keep up with minutes and respond to actions as the work is progressed. Please keep the AI work going in my absence and I’ll try to join in where I can.

Thanks for your understanding and I’ll return on the calls  in January.
