Further Revised 2nd Draft: Research process

This looks very good to me. I'd like to share this with APA leadership
in advance of more broadly circulating it with Wednesday's agenda just
in case Matthew or Michael have additional suggestions.

I made a couple very minor edits, two in the introduction, and one in
one of the list items where a space was missing.
