[Collaborative editing] - wiki page updated

As proposed at the RQTF meeting last Wednesday, I have updated the wiki page with additional accessibility requirements and to reflect some of the ideas put forward at recent meetings.
Contributions are most welcome. These could include revision of existing material as well as new ideas. The page is at
