RE: [collaboration tool accessibility] content added to wiki page

I’ve added an outline of the features typical of collaborative editing systems, while identifying features that are independent of the collaborative nature of the tools.
I have also listed some issues of accessibility, including some of those discussed at RQTF meetings.
Improvements and comments are welcome.
