New repositories for Task Force publications

Dear colleagues,
Documents maintained by this Task Force have now been moved to new repositories on GitHub, with one repository per publication. Thanks are owed to Roy Ran (W3C) for undertaking the migration, and to Michael Cooper for initiating the process.
The locations of the documents currently under development by the Task Force are as follows.

  *   Accessibility of Remote Meetings:

Note that the CAPTCHA document had already been migrated to its own repository:

Note that open issues have been moved to the new repositories as well.
