Editorial changes to Natural Language Interface Accessibility User Requirements

Dear colleagues,
The changes that Josh introduced to the Natural Language Interface Accessibility User Requirements in response to comments from the COGA Task Force are now in this Pull Request:

I merged the latest editorial fixes from the main branch and made a small change to the definition/explanation of a natural language interface.
Let’s make any further desired changes to this Pull Request and then merge it.
