[Remote Meetings] reference updated

I’ve proposed an update to the reference to RTC Accessibility User Requirements that appears in section 5.1 of Accessibility of Remote Meetings.
The reference is now accompanied by a cross-reference to section 3.3.4 of Accessibility of Remote Meetings, where the main points of RTC Accessibility User Requirements are already summarized.
