To the RQTF Just an update that I've now gone through all the feedback of the COGA TF on remote meetings, and filed the document contents on Github across a number of issues. Where I've labelled it 'COGA feedback edits' it is a specific change to existing content, and where its just 'COGA feedback' its related to new content. The content could be broken up further into issues, but I've tried ot get the balance between keeping the number of issues manageable while not being too unwieldy for discussion.
