TPAC 2022 planning

Dear colleagues,
As discussed at recent Task Force meetings, the W3C’s Technical Plenary and Advisory Committee meetings (TPAC 2022) have been scheduled for 12-16 September 2022 in Vancouver. This is also expected to be a hybrid event that supports remote participation.
